What's your personality type?
- After reading page 9 and answering the quiz, you may check your personality type on page 118.
- When you finish please come to our blog and tell us about the results on the quiz, and your opinion about your personality type.

While I was answering the personality quiz, I reflected about actions that I usually take and really never think about them.
ReplyDeleteI was able to discover, according to my results, the following formula: PLANNER+FACTS+HEARTS+INTROVERT. Therefore, I was able to identify the following characteristics from page 118:
1. NURTURER
I have to admit that this characteristic does match my personality. How? Well, I know I am gentle and conscientious because I don't like hurting other people's feelings. Even though I am a very honest and straightforward, I try to be careful to avoid misinterpretations. I believe I am still working on becoming mature, since there is a lesson to learn everyday.
2. REALIST
If you have the opportunity to check page 118, you can be sure you are reading who Betzy is. I never thought of this personality, however, it does define many of my characteristics.
It is hard to admit it, and sometimes I even dislike to hear it from others, but one of the words in my personality is: perfectionist. By now, I can't tell you if it has been good or not. It has been stressing though. Perhaps you can tell me.
In conclusion, the type of personality I have, has helped me in my career. Being a teacher I have to be a positive model, consequently I would like to work more on cultivating positive characteristics of my personality.
Hi Betzy, we are different people, with strengths and weaknesses, but we can take and advantage about our strengths in our life, you are a good example of this because you concluded that your type personality helped you in your career to be successful.

ReplyDeleteWhen I was making the test, I confesed to you that it doesn´t made sense to me, but when I looked the results I immediatley felt identified.
According to the exercise my personality formula is:
Spontaneous + Facts + Head + Extrovert. (GO -GETTER)
In a good way I considered myself a determined person, when I have personal goals no mather the time it demands I work a lot for it.
In the other hand I can told to you that sometimes but only sometimes... I can be tough-minded, but I can inmediatly admit that I dont´t like the routinary work.
Part of my life philosophy is try to keep with me the good things and rest importance to the bad!
I can conclude that I like my personality. I know I have aspect to improve but be shure I'm working in it! =)
I definitely agree with you Ana Sofía! When we recognize aspects of our personality we must improve, the most important thing is to work on them to become better individuals. Honestly, I like how the term "go-getter" sounds. Thank you for sharing your philosophy. If we all understood that keeping the good things is the best, we could live with less stress.

To can improve some opportunity areas in your life, it´s very important to recognize that you have it, so I agree with you about everyone have to improve some areas of their personality, the problem is that a lot of people don´t accept that they need to change.

ReplyDeleteIt was easy for me answer the quiz, and when I finished it was a surprise to know what type of personality I have, I´m agree with Ana Sofía, because I felt identified.
My result formula is: PLANNER + IDEAS + HEAD + EXTROVERT. (LEADER)
I never have considered me as a Leader, but I think that I'm a easy going person and I always try to be honest and tell what I thought.
In addition, for me is too important to getting to know many people as possible, and social life is a vital part of my life, I'm always enjoy to make friends in everywhere.
I'm always try to be organized, for example when my husband and me travel on vacation, I always bring to me all the maps, apps, flight tickets and schedules as possible, to make confortable the trip, and always my husband is following me in everywhere because I have the information, so I agree the my quiz result.

I made my personality type and my results were:
PLANNER+FACTS+HEAD+EXTROVERT
Planner: when I have to do a work, I always prepared all the things I need it, however this is a strenght I won 5 years before.
Five years are enough time to acquire the necessary experience to avoid unexpected situations.

ReplyDeleteI agree with the result because sometimes I'm a quiet person. I like meet new people, and have a good time with friends and family but I also enjoy be alone. I'm a easygoing person, I always try to show the best part of me.
I'm my work I do the things until the last minute,
I disagree with the part "can be insensitive to the emotional needs of others" because I am the most sensitive person, I always try to help people and sometimes the problems to other people have affect me.

Those categories define me as a GO-BETTER:
How they see themselves: Inventive, enthusiastic, determined, alert
What they are like: Resourceful, tough-minded, may become frustrated by routines and constraints
I like the article and for me it was very interesting, so I had read only about personality types based on temperament (sanguine, phlegmatic, choleric and melancholic) and other used on the business (driver, analytical, amiable and expressive).
The example of vacations help me to conclude that an "Spontaneous" person and I experimented in my work that planning for me it´s sometimes hard. About the second category I concluded that I´m "Facts" person because I live more based on facts than ideas.
In the third category I´m a "Heads" person, I like to be honest and direct with the people but I´m a tactful as possible.
I the last category, definitely I´m a "Extrovert" person, I work on sales and this is an indispensable requirement on this work, some friends tell me that I speak a lot, but I have learned that in some situations the works are over.
Definitely Hector you are an extovert person.
